Corner Brace

Wire Installation: The wire is tied to braces at each corner and stretched in the center.
The proper amount of tension is very important and is determined on how long the stretch
and whether it has hills or dips in it. Game fencing should not be attempted without proper
equipment and knowledge

Stretch Around Brace (turn in property line)

Hardware Constructed Corner Brace

Post and Brace Installation: Installing posts is done with different types of equipment and
techniques depending on the post used and ground substance. In most soils a Fairbrothers
Kinghitter pole driver is recommended for pipe posts. With the Kinghitter line posts can be
driven below the ground surface. Brace posts can be installed up to 6' below ground surface.
Tee-posts are installed  by a specially made tee-post driver. If a hard substance is encountered,
jack-hammers with rock bits or a "Belltec' digger with rock augers is needed. All posts should
be placed to proper depth and location depending on terrain and soil substance.

Procedures for constructing braces are very important due to the fact that braces are the
backbone of any fence. Pipe braces are cut to fit and welded or industrial hardware is used for
bolted construction. Heavy duty galvanized hardware as an option for constructing braces to
prevent tampering with  the galvanization on the pipe. Although not as strong as a welded
brace, this process is sufficient for all high tensile net fencing.
